Our Couch to 5K is for everyone.
At least twice a year, Hazlemere Runners offer a free 10 week Couch to 5k programme to the whole community.
Whether you’ve never run before or you just want to get more active, our Couch to 5K is a free and easy way of getting fitter and healthier.
Probably the biggest challenge you might be facing is not knowing how or where to start – and we’ll help you with that bit.
Week 1 starts with realistic expectations and making the challenge of 5k achievable right from the start.
Our Couch to 5K course works because it starts with a mix of gentle running and walking to gradually build up your fitness and stamina.
